Hi guys just thought i would post to show i havent forgotten about TS!
truth is i have shyied away form pc gaming,last game i played was UT3,i think after playing UT2k4 for so long no other game now lives up to it.
i bought a wii and an xbox 360 finding consoles more fun,Gears of war 1 and 2 are awesome and i have been doing wii fit loads,(up to 40 press ups in a row on the challenge)
im still powerballing,broke my record 14245rpm now,if you havent seen a powerball i suggest you do theyre awesome and addictive! im now 124 in the world

and finally i have my last exam of university in 2 days,so im graduating in a month with a masters in physics and astronomy
ohh i also learnt how to solve the rubiks cube, i can solve it under 3 minutes

I know I have said this before but I am going to say it again. I have been playing rf again and its kind of like the old days. I am enjoying it again. I found a good group to play with. We get together almost every night and play for a bit. Ussually around 7 or 8 pm. central time. (texas,usa). You have to get the maps from www.redfaction.info. Theres a bunch of them but most of them are good.
I know that in the past we have only played capture the flag but the only maps playing in ctf in rf is checkmate and warlords. Every now and then you will see a rail map with players if you get lucky. So I went to DM and found a good set of players that have been playing for as long as I have. ( and thats a long time ). I think that most of them are closer to my age then to teen age.
NoClanFrank also runs a teamspeak server while we play so you can chat and cuss (lol) while playing. He even sent me a Logitech this set..like new headset for my birthday so I could join in the conversation. I was surprised to find it on my doorstep this morning as promised. Of course then I found out they was all calling me vettini...lol. If you want the server info for ts let me know, I would rather not post it without talking to him first.
So come and check it out...X...Raz...Bp....and whoever else still reads this boards.
Red faction 3 comes out later this year and I plan on buying it the day it comes out. Hope to see you there.

I can no longer log onto red faction...it says the server is not available.....? is this just me? or is this the main server?????

Tonight I ducked in for a quick game in my regular server Rats, loaded as usual with PF.exe and went do join but got the message your data doesnt match the server . tried another server and got the same message, tried lots more and got the same, i had been in a server just a few minutes before left there and went to rejoin but same deal, any clues anyone, ps I havent made any alterations, added any files or anything other than turn the computer off and then on again since my last game.
